an aggressive outreach program that has grown under the obama administration, particularly through the president's stimulus package. these expanded initiatives include the collaboration between the usda and the mexican government officials to promote participation in targeted communities which teaches recruiters how to convince working class families into dependence. the obama administration has conducted over 30 meetings with the mexican government personnel since he took office. since this program began in 2004, the united states taxpayer has funded this participation with the mexican government to promote the snap program by holding 29 health fairs and traveling to 19 cities. the usda in coordination with the mexican government has conducted an aggressive campaign issuing guidance to state and local agencies with a record 91 meetings focusing on growing the outreach program to expand enrollment in snap. and none of these meetings were needed to point them in the direction of job training programs or employment searches that would offer much greater opportunity than whatever the federal govern

think going to be a big struggle in the future. i know that the obama administration they are for investing in the green economy but they are also for all of the above including especially cheap natural gas through fracking and there is no way -- go ahead got another book if you will let me come back, let me summarize it. there is no way you come close to meeting the commission reduction target through greenhouse gas emission targets. if we do anything like maintaining our existing level of consumption of coal, oil and natural gas. no way you come close. if you take the climate scientists and very seriously which i do, basically we have to cut consumption of all three, coal, oil and natural gas by 50% roughly, 50 or 40% within 20 years. how can we build up this fracking industry? forget about the fact that it's contaminating the water. and it's creating volcanoes. let's just put those aside. just on the climate effect, you just can't do it. therefore the green economy is an imperative and an environmental imperative and it so happens it's good for jobs. >> i have to a

tests were very rigorous. in fact be assumed obama administration's recovery program would fail, that it would not only fail to make things far worse, which is curious given the entity that created those stress test is a treasury department given the task of promoting and carrying out the recovery program. it's not the writer of the test i questioned, but rather their necessity. peter seems to accept the assumption they were needed in or to restore investor confidence in banks. peter is correct the test or something of a gamble to secretary geithner. but perhaps an unnecessary one. investors were already beginning to return to banks long before the results of the stress tests were reported. i do agree with the assessment of the outcome peter makes. it exposed alarmism of expert for what it was. another important conclusion that peter elaborates as they show how far off base mark to market accounting is for evaluating a set that banks tend to hold. banks hold their assets for the cash flow, not for firesale value in the cash flow of assets performed far better than the mark to ma

of imperfect storm here during the obama administration. you have the republicans, many of whom support the idea of more presidential authority in the use of force, and you have a lot of democrats who don't want to criticize the president. you have a heads and -- you have a hesitancy to have the proper debate. the libya example is a very important one to look at. ,ost: congresswoman barbara lee a guest earlier today, pointing to the use of military force after 9/11 after the terrorist attack. . if you look the last four years and a policy the obama administration has put in place, it is higher taxes, and burdensome regulations, have made it more expensive for job creators to create jobs and have resulted in sluggish economic growth. we have had .8% growth for the past four years. you would hope the democrats will be looking at policies that will grow the economy. what you're hearing is it will be more of the same. we are talking about a $1 trillion tax increase, more expensive -- more spending and nothing to save social security and medicare reform and those programs in a way that will align them with the feature demographics of this country. it is more the same policies with regard to their budget. we think there is a better way and will look for opportunities to offer amendments that will put that out -- that will point that out. the democrat budget will make it more difficult for stock traders to get back to work. -- for job creators to creat e jobs to get people back to work. >> there was a story today that talked-about the number of democrats griping about the presiden
